Located just off the A4 motorway, Thistle London Heathrow has a 24-hour front desk and Heathrow Terminal 5 is just a 5-minute drive away. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The bedrooms at Thistle Heathrow each have a flat-screen TV with Freeview. Rooms also have air conditioning, soundproofing, and a work desk. Please be aware the hotel has no elevator facility. The Runway View Restaurant offers a varied menu for evening dining which can be enjoyed while looking out onto the planes from Terminal 5. The Lobby Lounge Bar offers drinks and light snacks 24 hours, and buffet breakfasts are served daily from 06:00. From the 5th of February to the 5th of April 2024, we are working on some fantastic new upgrades to The Runway Restaurant and Bar. During this period The Runway Bar & Restaurant will be closed and therefore breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in the Print and Perimeter Suite on the first floor. We still have our full range of products available, however, we will only have bottled beers, cider and bitter during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however look forward to welcoming you to our refurbished food and beverage space in the Spring. Heathrow Terminals 1-4 are a 15-minute drive away, and the M25 and M4 motorways are a 5-minute drive. On-site parking is available, and historical Windsor is just 15 minutes away by car. This hotel offers direct access to the revolutionary Ultra pods network, an eco-friendly personal rapid transit system, reaching Terminal 5 in only 5 minutes, charges apply (The price is subject to change by Heathrow Airport.) Users can also travel to any other terminal for free via Heathrow Express.

Transport from the airport is possible in the following way: 1. Public Bus (The Public Bus is not free, charges apply) : Direct Access from Terminal 5 to Thistle London Heathrow Terminal 5: From Terminal 5, follow the signs to ‘local busses’ and use bus 423 (I from Terminal 5). The hotel stop is called Heathrow Park Thistle Hotel (J). 2. Via Heathrow POD automatic driverless electronic vehicles which transport customers between London Heathrow Airport's Terminal 5 and the Thistle Hotel in just 5 minutes. (Charges apply.) Please note that interconnecting rooms are available upon request and subject to availability. Lorries, coaches, and trucks cannot be accommodated in the car park due to space restrictions. For advance purchase rates, the card used to make the booking must be presented upon arrival along with the appropriate ID.
